Ordering & Shipping

Ordering
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal).  Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.  The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.  Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 

  • We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders. 
  • All products are described as accurately as possible.
  • Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
  • Customer is responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. 
  • Orders, once shipped, cannot be rerouted. 
  • Please note, we are not responsible for items that are lost during shipping.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • International shipping timelines may be impacted by duties and customs procedures, and we have no control over this.
  • California orders will have current sales tax rates added to the order total

 

Apparel & Merchandise 
  • Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. 
 Artwork 
      • Order shipping times are generally stated in the product copy of each item. These times may change, without notice.
      • Delivery times noted below are averages, and are not guaranteed.
      • Average delivery time for domestic orders - once shipped - is 5-7 business days.
      • Average delivery time for international orders - once shipped - is 10-15 business days, but could take up to three weeks.
Tracking Your Order

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email. You will have your order information and tracking number in your account page. 

 

    • A tracking number will be provided for all domestic orders - within the US. Orders can only be tracked using this tracking number.
