REFUNDS // RETURNS // EXCHANGES
  • Returned Orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
  • Customer is responsible for items being returned in the original condition, as received.
  • Damaged Returned Items will not be eligible for a refund or any store credit.
  • Customer will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Once a returned order is received, please allow 7 - 10 days for review of the returned order, and an additional 7 - 10 days for any applicable refund to show up on your bank or credit card statement.
  • Canceled Orders // You will incur a 10% handling fee if not yet shipped, this will be deducted from any refund, if requested.
  • If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and will be handled as described above - as a Returned Order
DAMAGES
  • If you have received something that was damaged in transit, please let us know immediately by emailing us with images of the damage. Please include your order number when emailing us.
  • We are not responsible for items damaged by USPS or FedEx. 
  • Customer, as the recipient, is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. 
  • While we take all precautions - with regards to packing your order to prevent damage - any damaged items due to shipping and handling problems are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact customer service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. 
*Merchandise must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.
*Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags attached
*Sale items are only refunded in the form of store credit
*Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.
* If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
*Returns will require approval from customer service prior to them shipping us the goods.
 
U.S. Returns
Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please include your invoice or returns form when mailing your return to the address below:

International Returns
